Refund instructions

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new/unused condition.

 At this time, you may need to bear the shipping cost.

If your item was delivered damaged or has a manufacturer’s defect, please call customer care within 72 hours of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange.

If the return or exchange is caused by the quality problem of the product itself, the freight will be borne by us.
